A busy day with real life events triggered the realization that sometimes we are just too hard on ourselves.  Mistakes happen. Some are big, some are small, but we are human. The most important thing is that we learn from mistakes and focus on self-care and love for others.  What started out as writing a blog for the website magically turned into a heartfelt talk about life, learning, gratitude and self-love. Funny how a little microphone always finds a way into the picture.
