Recovery from addictions is a long journey that requires strength, love and community support. Mike Manhas is the organizer of Soberfest, a drug and alcohol free festival on Vancouver Island. In this episode, Mike shares his personal story of addictions, rehabilitation and sobriety.  Sober for 9 years, Mike is drawing from his experience to help others. With the start of the Rewired Recovery Foundation, Mike is actively involved in fundraising efforts to help people with addictions get into treatment with follow-up support.  Lindy offers her sincere appreciation to Mike Manhas for speaking from the heart and sharing his story.
