Show Notes Chapter Markers

January is Alzheimer's Awareness Month. In this episode, I share my own personal experience from the perspective of a family member wanting to bring help and resources to a community in northern Canada. This episode is suitable for all ages, whether you are a teenager or a senior.  Alzheimer's and related dementias affect our friends, neighbor, parents, grandparents and even co-workers. An approach of kindness, caring and understanding can go a long way.
*This episode is not scripted, and speaking from the heart.  Any reference to an organization is simply referring to my experience as a care group facilitator, and does not represent the views of any organization.
