Life gets busy, and times are changing. As we head into the holidays this is a time
to focus on positives, look at what is good and try to advocate for positive change
around us. We are all human and make mistakes, and sometimes we just need to slow
down, breathe and focus on what really matters in life. I dedicate this episode today to my oldest sister Denise, who has reminded me that sometimes we just need to focus on the rainbows and push those clouds aside.
